At NIKIBEE, we prepare every order with care. Each piece is checked, cleaned, and beautifully packaged before it leaves our studio. We ship worldwide from Moldova and our distribution point in the United Kingdom, depending on availability and logistics.

🛡 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will open a case with the courier and support you through the entire process.


🌐 Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customs regulations vary by country. These charges are not included in NIKIBEE product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Our Team cannot control or predict these costs. All charges associated with import tax and duties are solely the recipient’s responsibility. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply when your order arrives. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.


🇺🇸 USA

U.S. Customs may apply import duties and sales tax to any shipment, regardless of order value.
The exact amount depends on:

  • the type of jewelry

  • country of origin

  • total order value

Since regulations can change, we recommend checking with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) if you need exact rates before ordering.


🇪🇺🇬🇧 EU & UK

Imports to the EU and UK may incur the following upon arrival:

  • ~2.5% import duty, and

  • your country’s standard VAT rate

These are calculated directly by customs when your parcel enters the country.
If you need specific rates, please contact your local customs authority.


🌎 Other Countries

Duty rates vary widely. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to receive the package.

  • If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave a notice for rescheduling or depot pickup.

  • Do not refuse a delivery. Refused parcels incur the original shipping cost plus the return shipping cost. Refunds will exclude these fees.

  • International shipments may experience customs delays beyond our control.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or because of customs.

 

(We understand these fees can be frustrating. Many of our customers do not incur additional charges, but if your country applies taxes, it’s beyond our control.)


Please make sure you or someone you know will be present at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that redelivery can be arranged, or you can collect it from the depot.
For all deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ongoing customs or tax costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At NIKIBEE, we do our best to deliver within the stated time; however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur the original delivery cost plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.
