All NIKIBEE jewelry comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.
This includes:
✔️ Clasps that don’t function properly
✔️ Loose or poorly set stones that fall out under normal wear
✔️ Structural issues such as weak soldering

🚫 What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
✘ Normal wear and tear (fine scratches, loss of shine, natural tarnishing of silver, fading of plating over time)
✘ Damage caused by improper care (exposure to perfume, chemicals, water, rough handling, impact)
✘ Loss or theft
✘ Repairs or alterations performed by anyone outside of NIKIBEE

🔄 If a Manufacturing Defect Occurs
• Your jewelry will be repaired or replaced with the same or a similar piece if the original is no longer available.
• If your item is replaced, the warranty does NOT restart — it remains valid until 3 months from the original purchase date.

📩 How to Make a Warranty Claim
1️⃣ Email us at [hello@nikibee.co] with your order number or a copy/ photo of your warranty certificate.
2️⃣ Include clear photos & videos of the item and describe the issue.
3️⃣ Our team will review your case and provide return instructions if applicable.

• NIKIBEE reserves the right to assess each claim individually and determine whether it falls under warranty coverage.
• Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned, but they are still covered by the same 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
