Returns & Exchanges

We hope you like all of our products; however, if you need to return anything, please read the following policy:


We do not accept returns or exchanges for any custom or discounted piece.


Any free item acquired as part of a discount sale cannot be returned. The original cost of the complimentary piece will be deducted from the refund amount.


Within 14 days of delivery, both domestic and international, the item must be returned to us.

  • If we sent the wrong item, we offer exchanges to our customers.
  • PURCHASED SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
  • We do not cover any fees associated with returning merchandise.
  • We do not issue refunds for shipping charges. This includes any fees paid for shipping or returning the item. Only the cost of the item is refunded.
  • Earrings cannot be returned because of hygiene reasons.
  • All things must be in perfect condition, unworn, and their original packaging. When we receive your return, our team will do a quality inspection, and if it is damaged or worn in any way, we will be unable to issue a refund.
  • For the return address, please get in touch with us at hello@nikibee.co. Within 24 hours, we will answer you. Please write your order number on top of the parcel or leave a note inside. Then send it to the address emailed to you.

SOME TIPS

• We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
• Your security is important to us, so before we can dispatch your purchase we may need you to confirm your details with your card issuer. Delays aren’t fun for anyone so we’ll do our best to make it quick.
• Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24 period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
• We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
