🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your NIKIBEE jewelry. If for any reason you don’t, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple, while maintaining fair practices for our small but growing brand.
✅ What Can Be Returned or Exchanged
• Unworn, undamaged jewelry in its original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• You may request:
1. Exchange for another item of equal or higher value
2. Refund (processed back to your original payment method)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized pieces
• Gift cards
• All sale items – Products purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any free item acquired as part of a discount sale cannot be returned. The original cost of the complimentary piece will be deducted from the refund amount.
📩 How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at hello@nikibee.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions (including where to send the item).
3. Once we receive and inspect the jewelry, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund.

- We do not cover any fees associated with returning merchandise.
- We do not issue refunds for shipping charges. This includes any fees paid for shipping or returning the item. Only the cost of the item is refunded.
- Earrings cannot be returned because of hygiene reasons.
- All things must be in perfect condition, unworn, and their original packaging. When we receive your return, our team will do a quality inspection, and if it is damaged or worn in any way, we will be unable to issue a refund.

SOME TIPS
• We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
• Your security is important to us, so before we can dispatch your purchase we may need you to confirm your details with your card issuer. Delays aren’t fun for anyone so we’ll do our best to make it quick.
• Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24 period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
• We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
