• HOW TO SHOP ONLINE?
Selected creations added to your Shopping Bag will remain there for the duration of your active session.
All creations that display a “Details and Purchase” button may be purchased online, subject to availability.
Once you have made your selection, please click the “Add to Shopping Bag” button to place the product in your shopping bag.
When you are ready to finalise your order, please click the “Checkout” button: you will then be guided through the order process. You may remove products from your shopping bag by clicking on “Delete”.
To complete your purchase, you will need to create an account or log on to your existing account.
When you have thoroughly reviewed your order, click on the “Confirm and place order” button on the Website to place your order.
• WHY CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Opening an account will allow you to make purchases through the NikiBee online store. Once registered, you will not be required to re-enter your personal information which will ensure a faster check-out process. You will have the ability to track your orders easily online at any time. Save your favorite Cartier creations on your personal Wish List and share them with your family and friends. Sign up for our member

Please note for security purposes. An adult must be present at the time of delivery.
• SECURE PAYMENT
NIKIBEE is pleased to accept the following payment methods: Master Card, Visa, Paypal, Apple Pay. Payments through AMEX are not accepted.
To ensure that your shopping experience is simple and secure, ordering and payment transactions online are processed using a secure server.
Please note that the individual who submits the order must be the cardholder whose name appears on the credit card.
• MAY I PICK UP MY NIKIBEE PURCHASE AT YOUR LOCAL STORE?
Yes, of course. You can make the purchase online and pick up your order in our local store (at MALLINY showroom, Str. Veronica Micle 9, Chisinau, Moldova)
• MAY I CHANGE OR MODIFY THE CHOSEN PAYMENT METHOD OR DELIVERY TYPE AFTER MY ONLINE ORDER IS SUBMITTED?
Unfortunately, once your order is completed, NIKIBEE can't modify the payment method or the delivery type. But you can contact us via support@nikibee.co and we will do our best to help you!
• WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE PIECES OF JEWELLERY MADE OF?
Depending on the model, our pieces are made from different materials. Most pieces from our collection is made from 925 sterling silver and plated with 18k gold, white gold, rose gold or rhodium. Others are crafted from brass or stainless steel and plated with 18k or 14k gold, white gold, rose gold or rhodium. Brass is a metal alloy made primarily of copper and zinc.
Our stones are cubic zirconia (CZ), available in different quality grades such as 3A, 5A, or 8A, which refer to their clarity and brilliance. Cubic zirconia is a man-made stone designed to resemble diamonds. We also offer pieces featuring natural freshwater pearls.

• DOES NIKIBEE JEWELLERY HARM YOUR SKIN OR PIERCING?
Our jewellery is made from carefully selected materials such as 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, and brass. 925 sterling silver is generally well tolerated and suitable for sensitive skin, though rare reactions may occur. Most customers do not experience irritation, but sensitivity can vary, especially with plated pieces. Heavy stainless steel earrings can be uncomfortable to some people.
If you have sensitive skin, we recommend choosing sterling silver. But please let us know if you are allergic to a specific material before purchasing.
• ARE THEY WATER-RESISTANT?
Our jewellery is made from sterling silver, stainless steel, or brass, and finished with gold or rhodium plating. Our stainless steel pieces are water-resistant and can withstand contact with water. For other materials, it depends on how the jewellery is worn and cared for. Frequent exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, or alcohol may affect the shine and finish over time.
Each order includes a jewellery care instruction card. You can also find our Jewellery Care Instructions (in Romanian, English, and Russian) on our website.
• DOES THE COLOUR CHANGE AFTER A WHILE?
Our pieces are designed to maintain their colour and finish for years but in some cases it may fade over time. Natural wear may occur over time, depending on how the jewellery is cared for. To preserve the beauty of your pieces, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals. For best longevity, remove jewellery during sports, physical activities, or exposure to moisture and sweat.
We are committed to offering high-quality, semi-precious jewellery made to be enjoyed for years.
• WILL A NIKIBEE SHOPPING BAG COME WITH MY PURCHASE?
Not all online orders include a shopping bag. However, you can always request it by contacting us via support@nikibee.co and we'll be happy to provide it for free. Orders placed with a "Pick Up" option come it a cute shopping bag.
• DO YOU OFFER GIFT-WRAPPING?
All NIKIBEE creations are delivered in one of our signature boxes, pouches, or both. Each product is carefully gift-wrapped and placed in a protective delivery package. The NIKIBEE packaging is also part of our art. If you have special packaging requirements, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Extra boxes are available for purchase with your jewellery orders.

NIKIBEE is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients. We provide a secure online shopping environment and hold our customer's personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We encourage you to consult our complete Privacy Policy, should you wish for more information.
NIKIBEE will not intentionally collect personal information from minors under the age of 13.
